I didn’t even get to check in. I handed the receptionist my ID and she told me that no one with an ID stating their residence within 60 miles was welcome there. Nowhere on the website or in the lobby did I see anything about patrons not being able to get a room if you’re considered a local. I don’t even live in the area and because of the military, my address reflects my home state not my current duty station where I live. I then was out of a place to stay with little kids because of that issue. My money was taken immediately. A whole day has passed and no refund nor even a call reaching out to rectify the situation.
