The property was a mess. Had to lay towels to walk on in bathroom. Cannot believe Wyndham would allow this property to represent them. I accept some lower standards, but even Motel 6s are superior.

My room was given to someone else “because they had been there since 10Am.
Not my problem when I had already made the reservation before 9am.

Disgusting sheets, blankets, bathroom has holes in the wall that goes completely through. A/C rat feces.

I didn’t even get to check in. I handed the receptionist my ID and she told me that no one with an ID stating their residence within 60 miles was welcome there. Nowhere on the website or in the lobby did I see anything about patrons not being able to get a room if you’re considered a local. I don’t even live in the area and because of the military, my address reflects my home state not my current duty station where I live. I then was out of a place to stay with little kids because of that issue. My money was taken immediately. A whole day has passed and no refund nor even a call reaching out to rectify the situation.

It was just an overall bad experience. Worst hotel we ever stayed at. Not clean. Old lamps and moldy lampshades. Not clean not painted in forever. Keep driving
