Everything about this place is amazing, be it the ambience, location and food. We went there for the first time and got a warm welcome by the staff. Got complimentary snacks and drinks before our order. Great hospitality overall, a must visit place in haridwar.

It's a calm...calm..and very calm place I love the food and atmosphere everyone is so friendly and helpful Ms. Nikita gave us property round and tell us all things about the property and we enjoy our meal while enjoying the view of ganga..I really sorry I didn't remember the name but restaurant team is also very polite and us a lot.. Thank You Team.

My husband arranged a special lunch experience for my birthday. We had a private dining eperience in the courtyard of the hotel under a mango tree right on the banks of flowing Ganga. The whole experience was so thoughtfully arranged by Mr. Kuldeep and we were taken really good care by Mr. Kishan and Mr. Sanjit. The setting was extremely beautiful, food was sumptous, hospitality was amazing and the ambience was very serene. They really made our special occasion even more special and we cant wait to be back to have more such experiences.

I celebrated my anniversary, and the experience was fantastic! Mr. Sanjit, was attentive and courteous, ensuring everything was perfect, while manager Sanjay made us feel warmly welcomed and special. True to Taj hotels tradition this hotel was excellent in every aspect. Cleanliness, friendly staff, facilities - whole atmosphere and ambience was wonderful. Enjoyed all the programs in hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, very good breakfast. It was my mother’s 90th birthday celebration so a cake was bought and a priest chanted mantras. All due to staff initiative.

My husband and I spent our first anniversary at the stunning Pilibhit House, on the banks of Ganga ji and I know this special memory will stay with us for a very very long time. Right from the time we entered the property (such a grand and warm welcome), to the swift check-in, our phenomenal room overlooking Ganga ji, the unmatched hospitality by every single staff we interacted with, and the delicious food - we felt like we were right at home yet on a luxurious getaway at the same time. I am grateful for the special attention paid to us in making this day even more memorable - the cake cutting with the pandit ji chanting mantras, special Ganga aarti for us, and My. Vikas's gift and handwritten note for us - made our day! A special shoutout to the front reception for very quickly getting over some Ganga jal for us after we had checked out and reached the railway station - this was truly wonderful. Thank you to Aanchal, specifically, who was kind to show us around, help us with whatever we needed (including clicking great photos of us) and in general being a wonderful hostess. But thank you to every team member who made our stay so so special. Also, compliments to the chef for delicious meals through (especially the ragi halwa during breakfast). We had a great great time.
