Hotel Sunshine

I was travelling to Kedarnath and had a stay booked in this hotel on 24th Apr’2023 and still disgusted with my stay. 1. Dirty Rooms 2. Doors closed from inside can be only opened from outside 3. Dirty washroom with broken hangers 4. Not recommended

The room was small. The toilet was not working. I paid$70 for days.The room did not look like $35 . i booked on *******

We stayed for a nights there,great location, the room was neat and clean, the people working at the reception very kind and helpful.This hotel is definitely a very good option to stay in Haridwar. .I would recommend this.

I found this hotel value for money. It has a great location as it is within walking distance from Hari ki Pauri. Services are also good. Staff behavior was good. Overall it is good if you want to stay at an Affordable price near Hari ki Pauri.

I stayed in this hotel on 8 Oct. My booking was done through make my trip in advance. When i reached there on 08 Oct around 08pm i had to wait for approx. half an hour for check in as reception/counter had no idea about my booking. he said that coz of some problem booking confirmation is not received fro make my trip. you have to show email with proper details which you got from make my trip. i showed him wtsup detail message which i received from Make my trip but he did not satisfied. After check in everything in room which comes in front of me was faulty and dirty. The room size was very small, someone may be smoked in washroom & didn't flushed it .Mattress was very much dirty. Balcony dooe lock was broken. Fan was very dirty as it had black lairs of dirt on white fan. There was no set up box in tv so you cannot see the tv. Carpet outside washroom was very very dirty. I paid approx. 1780 rs for that room which was a joke itself. Room service is not available after 10pm . room service & reception number was same. in morning when i ordered a cup of tea for my mother. i again surprised that cup & plate were very dirty as it seems that no one used it for long time. Washroom walls were also dirty. Totally Disappointed.
