Výborný personál se vždy přátelským přístupem. Perfektní kuchyně.
Trošku problematické s dobíjením elektrokol, ale řešitelné.
Jako minus bych označil dražší parkování na hotelovém parkovišti za 120 Kč za noc.

The hotel was renovated lately, however we chose the budget room with no fridge or the cattle in. Staff was great especially the bartenders. Food was good. Thank you for the good stay.

Ideallylocated hotel in the heart of Harrachov close to the main skiing and sightseeing attractions. Beautifully reconstructed bars with great selection of drinks and wines. Rooms also reconstructed, fresh new look. Will be back soon this winter :-)

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and a perfect bar open late with great drinks. Enjoyed time in a small spa all by ourselves. Location just perfect to start hiking to the Mumvlava waterfalls and other Krkonoše highlits.

If you want to experience the feeling of how Czech hotels used to work in the 90s, you have a great opportunity. Pros: clean rooms, parking (extra charge), fast strong wifi Cons: - no fridge in rooms - outdated room amenities - small 90's style bathrooms - TV in rooms only 22'' size - extra charges for everything: parking, sauna, fitness room - very poor gym equipment - hotel full of screaming small children - signs with prohibitions like in socialism times - see photo Guests who do not have half board must order dinner by 7 pm at the reception. At 7:01 pm, the receptionist told us with an annoyed expression that it was unfortunately too late... Never again to this hotel. What a contrast with the nearby OREA hotel Sklář.

Super Hotel, beste Lage, ganz ganz nettes hilfsbereites Personal, lecker Essen und was mich immer begeistert: im Winter schön warm überall!!! Die Zimmer sind funktionell mit schöner Sicht und sauber. Betten sind echt bequem, hab gut geschlafen!! Immer gerne wieder!!!
