Myself and friend used Copper Beeches as a connection to the South Downs Way walk. The host was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast excellent. The only hosts who asked if we had any allergies so a big plus there. Coffee in a cafeteria, heaven. We shared a family room, with a double and bunk beds. The rooms were clean and the added extra of tea and coffee facilities was very welcoming. Excellent value for money and would recommend. Only constructive feedback I would add is that the owners might want to take the picture of the lounge off their website as it suggests guests can have access to this area, but that is not the case. Other than that, a very well run B and B which caters for all needs.
