I stayed at the Hartlepool Marina Travelodge for 7 nights in November with my family and had a lovely time. The family room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfy, and we had plenty of space to relax after a busy day of exploring the area. The location is brilliant – right by the marina with lots of nice restaurants nearby. We loved trying out the local places for dinner, with something for everyone, whether you fancy a quick bite or a more formal meal. The views from the marina were also great and made for a lovely backdrop when we were out and about. The staff at the Travelodge were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was very quiet, making for a peaceful night’s sleep. Only downside was the room could’ve been a bit warmer, but that’s a minor thing really. All in all, a great stay and would definetly recommend this hotel to others visiting Hartlepool!

I gad a ground floor room with my little poochie. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but very clean. The heater in room was set at 20 degrees and even when I set it lower, it kept going back to 20. So I had to turn it off as the staff said it would keep going back up to 20. Breakfast to go isn't suitable for people with intolerances. Apart from that, it was a lovely hotel and I'd definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Travelodge Hartlepool Marina! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean, comfy, and had a stunning view of the marina. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed the quietness of the room, which made for a very restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the free WiFi – great for catching up on emails. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hartlepool – a real gem of a place! Would definitely stay here again. Only small downside was the parking situation, as the spaces were a bit tight, but that’s a minor issue and didn't detract from the overall experience. Thanks again, Travelodge, for a lovely stay. Can't wait to return! Would give it 10 stars if I could! 😊

Train station was right outside hotel room noise from trains and station tannoy early hours. Rooms had recently been upgraded however not thoroughly clean in the bathroom corners but relatively clean. Comfortable clean bed. Apart from the noise is a lovely place to stay.

Hotels back on to train station Paid extra for room Lack of soundproof windows experiencing waking a minium of. 3 times before just getting up at 4.50am then listening to platform announcements and gone at by 8.30am Bad nights sleep, rooms clean, not fully stocked Would suggest get room to front or. Ear plugs
