Please don't book this so called hotel It's a scam when you phone oyo they are based in India they tell you can't find your booking number THIS SO CALLED HOTEL HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS SO PLEASE SPEND THAT LITTLE EXTRA ON A PROPER HOTEL

This hotel not a hotel has been closed for several weeks the phone number we called you only get sorry your confirmation number is not showing up when you get your receipt there are no numbers to call no landlines or mobile number it's in rough area you can only park after 6pm you must leave by 8am otherwise you get parking ticket on the signs by the parking outside

I don't think this place should be on **********. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom light. I would file it in the mistake category. To be honest, I'm disappointed with it being presented as it was on ********** who I expect a certain standard from.

Nice place to stay, 2 minuets from the train station and a short walk to the marina would stay there again the next time I’m in Hartlepool…

The actual exterior premises are dark and dingy definitely not user friendly for elderly people.
