Excellent stay. Stressed or bored you can enjoy amazing view and sun set. Staffs are friendly. We meet few staffs for service every one was very helpful and friendly, especially one of the staff Rahul was very interactive and got many information on surroundings. We have activities if your bored or need some group Entertainment. Thanks for the entire team who took care of us.

Worst place, Worst Management, Fraud Sales team. Looking at the google reviews and all the edited images they posted on their website we made a booking at Swarga Retreat.. 1. While traveling Swarga there was no Sign board on the road as we were supposed to take a detour from the main road to reach the venue. We were stranded on the road for half an hour. Had to ask locals for direction. 2. Road to Swarga retreat is muddy, narrow, and dangerous.. perthitic road condition 3-4 kms away from the main road. 3. After reaching the venue we were shocked. The place was not at all like what we had expected.. It was not well maintained .. swimming pool was all dirty.. manager was not to be seen at all.. we waited for more than 20-30 mins for the rooms to be shown and allocated. 4. coming to the Rooms, We had booked Couple rooms.. Rooms allocated was the worst I have ever seen, OYO rooms are better than what we had got. 5. We made a complaint to manager saying that the place is not well maintained, no cleanliness and we didn't want to stay there.. had a long discussion and finally manager agreed to refund the advance payment made, we left the place and booked another place. 6. The Refund was never made and when complained to the sales team.. the way the Manger Manoj Kumar spoke was very disappointing and was a way a fraudster would speak.. Totally it is one good scam they are running and cheating people.
