Jewel Rock Hotel

It was good and pleasant stay at this property. Specious, clean washroom, good chairs, etc. Sufficient car parking area. As mentioned in the invoice from the property, no water bottle was issued. Only two soaps have been issued in the name of toiletries. The deficiency has to be rectified and attention to be given by the management.

Overall good service by the hotel staff.

Lift is out of date for service. Also room walls need to be painted

The hotel rooms was good. The hotel has around 10-12 car parking inside the compound. Overall satisfied didn’t had any problems in one night stay.

This property is well maintained. Rooms are spacious and kept clean. It looks like the hotel has been refurbished recently. Well behaved staff both at the reception and in house keeping section. Rattling split air-conditioner needs attention. Excellent food is offered in their Bar & Restaurant all through the day. Ample open car parking space inside the property is avaialable. The only thing I did not like is that you need to pay the room rent in advance (though paying through credit card) like the way it was a decade ago elsewhere in local lodges. Very cheap attitude towards guests. This hotel is a stone throw away from Hassan Railway station.
