Miyajima Coral Hotel Reviews

The location of the hotel is near to Miyajima island, just need to take a ferry at the ferry terminal beside the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She gave good advises on which transport to take to the places of attraction. There are also good eating places or restaurants near the hotel. We have a good stay. Will recommend friends who want to visit Hiroshima and Miyajima island. 😄

Great location as it is close to 2 train stations and the Miyajimaguchi ferry terminal. The twin room with sea view is bigger than Japan standards. Quiet neighborhood at night. There’s a funky smell, not sure if from the new carpets. Good deal on Trip.

Amazing service from staff - very, very polite. A lot of great free toiletries and closest location to ferry port for Miyajima!

Highly efficient, located right off the train station , and walk to the ferry to the Miyajima island.

Location, close to the ferry is nice. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. While we had a “non smoking” room, there was an ashtray. The corridors also do not smell very fresh. If we had known this in advance, we would not have booked this hotel, despite it being close to the ferry.

Old style bedsheet , don’t even have drinking glasses or cups in the room . Room is pretty basic , but location is good . Room comes with breakfast but not very nice though . Breakfast time is crowded even at 6.30am Will recommend this place inky for it’s location to near ferry terminal for ferry .

Great location. Free breakfast. Walked out of the hotel and straight to the ferry. And just a great view from the window! 🥰

The hotel is in a good location, right outside the Hiroden Miyajima Exit Station (including the Ueshima Exit), and it takes a short walk to get to the JR station. The view from the sea view room is nice, the room is large, and the decoration is a little old, but the style is grand and clean, and some cleaning details are very good. The hotel gave two bottles of local specialty sparkling drinks and two breakfasts for the next day, and we dined at Miyajima Caffee next to the hotel. The overall hotel has a good value for money. If you come to Miyajima, it is recommended to stay for one night.

The staff is very friendly and the location is excellent and beautiful. The room is not well lit and the air conditioner is a bit noisy. If you are a light sleeper, you are advised to bring headphones. The breakfast is delicious.

The location was convenient, the rooms and hallways were clean, and the amenities were good. The restaurants around Miyajima close early, so it was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel that we could use in the evenings.

Good location, large rooms, beautiful view from the window overlooking the sea. Not very tasty breakfast. If you bought a room without dinner, then you will hardly be able to have dinner at the hotel, and almost everything nearby is closed.

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. It was peak season, so it was full and there were people waiting for a seat, so it was a little disappointing that we couldn't relax very much. Parking is free until 12:00 for overnight guests. After that, we could use the parking lot all day for 1,000 yen, so we were able to take our time sightseeing in Miyajima.
