very poor experience indeed. left waiting at reception desk for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. dark haired female manager very rude, everything was too much trouble. enquired after the kingsize bed to be told there are none at this hotel. water pressure left a lot to be desired for showering or even running a sink of water. food was expensive and the portions were small, chose to eat at Langbrook Farm & Royal Oak where value for money was good. will not recommend this hotel to anyone venturing to the south coast.

I had one hard pet out one soft pillow, the bed was so uncomfortable is unbelievable and they guaranteed a good night's sleep and they didn't, and the aircon didn't work. It was hit and miss and when we left it kicked in. Then when we got in the bed it stopped working. Then we went down breakfast where you left it on and the husband said it was working and it's cold, so that was disappointing. And the worst thing is you can open the window,

I have never ever stayed in a worse dirtier hotel even in a third world country. I literally can’t believe the reviews. See pictures attached. The place stunk of mould and the window didn’t open. Even the little milk portions were off. There is no signal for data roaming and their internet service is terrible. Havant too is an absolute dump.

The bed was uncomfortable, no chef so evening meals were very limited, there was a smell of damp coming from a left open room near by.

We stayed here for my mothers funeral was disappointed with the lack of knowledge the staff had we arrive early after traveling from Canada asked the front desk staff if there was any chance we could check in early was told to come back in 45 mins and they would be able to help so we went away and came back an hour later to be told it wasn’t possible. As I had to go and visit the priest my husband went to check in but was told they couldn’t check him in as I had made the booking, strangely shortly beforehand my daughters partner was given the key to their room even though he has a different name and she had booked her room . My niece had to show one staff member how to use the system and gave my husband her room key so he could freshen up after travelling for 24 hrs

Comfortable nights stay which included dinner and breakfast. The dinner was disappointing in respect of the number of menu items that were unavailable and the fact that my meal had to be returned to be reheated because of cold items on the plate. The breakfast was good .
