Excellent location with easy access to public transport, supermarket, restaurants etc. Apartments are spacious. Our booking was for limited housekeeping service, but even so, the staff only tidied up once in our 8 night stay. No vacuuming or cleaning of bathroom floor, only change of towels, amenities and emptying of bins.

Good location, just 10 minutes by foot can reach the Central station. So very easy to go to the Airport. The hotel was behind a busy street, so not very noisy. It is close to the China Town light rail station & can walk to George Street within 10 minutes. Also easily to go to the Town Hall, QVB & Opera House by light rail. There are many restuarant around the hotel with many good food.
Coffee shop is plenty. The room was clean & tidy. Although I ordered a limited house keeping, the hotel still gave me a 3days house keeping!!! It is out of my expectation, Good job.

Everything was good. But, the bed didn't make properly and the environment was a bit too loud.

Convenient location. In the middle of the city. Bedroom have no air conditioning.

Maintenance needed to be asked to fix the dishwasher but wasn't done properly. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. Bed lamp should have been replaced after notifying of a fault.

Great location but what lets this accomodation down is the rude unhelpful attitude of the staff at reception. We arrived to hotel around 11am after a very long international flight dead tired & even though we explained this to reception they said an earlier check in was not possible & were told to come back after 2pm as this was the actual check in time. Finally get to room it had frayed & stained carpet & needed a good clean. Went to use the washing machine then dryer & found someone else’s underwear still in it. Was extremely cold in Sydney this night so asked for another blanket from reception but was rudely told that house keeping had gone home & they could not help us with our request for another blanket for the bed & there was nothing they could do.

We've stayed here several times because of the location and apartments. However the bed we had in the standard one bedroom was pretty awful, more like one you'd find in a Sydney backpackers hostel. We also stayed three nights in an executive' apartment. The bed again was below par. We spoke to the manager and they did do their best to make the bed more comfortable. The apartments are spacious and everything else was great.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at [APX WORLD SQUARE ] and unfortunately, I must share some concerning feedback regarding my experience.
During my stay, there were several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and satisfaction. Firstly, there was a lack of room service throughout my stay, and the amenities were not replenished daily as expected. The provision of 20ml bottles for a four-day period was inadequate, and the subsequent replacements were of subpar quality.
Furthermore, the condition of the towels provided was unsatisfactory; they were stinky and appeared to be in poor condition. Additionally, despite the supposed room service provided after four days, the carpets remained uncleaned.
Moreover, I observed a lack of professionalism and hospitality from the staff, particularly the lady at the reception. Her demeanor lacked warmth and welcoming, which is essential for guest satisfaction.
While I appreciate the hotel’s convenient location, I regret to say that the overall service fell far below expectations. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel to others, as it did not meet the standards expected for the price paid.
