After a 3 hour journey to Haywards Heath (or even a short journey) it was really pleasing to be greeted so warmly by a Premier team member. Chris was pleasant, welcoming, informative about early check in, parking charges & breakfast. He is a credit to Premier Inn. Our room (211) was the expected Premier standard, extremely comfy bed & pillows. My only observation would be a new toilet seat is required. We paid extra for breakfast which was great for me as I have the continental choice but my husband paid for the full breakfast option & on going to serve himself there were no eggs, so waited for fried eggs & then there was no bacon or sausages. Should be more attention paid by the chef to provide full option fir guests at any one time. And my husband also remarked the plates were cold. Which I did hear 3 other guests mention. So overall , for the price of £44 for a Friday night in November it was a very good stay.
