Very good. I booked it for the leader. She is very satisfied. Ctrip is very convenient. It is very convenient for booking hotels at home and abroad. I hope that Ctrip will get better and better.

Very comfortable mattress. Clean room. Convenient location. We have stayed here in the past and it was not great, now the place has been renovated is much improved. Manager promptly responded when requested to help, making sure we were satisfied. We stayed longer than originally planned because it felt good.

Worst hotel ever. room was DIRTY smelled of smoke. Garbage on the floor in our room when we checked in. The sink never drained the entire time we were there. Staff was horrible. The other hotel guest were scary did not feel safe there. The lobby smelt of ****. Do not book a room in this hotel if it were the last hotel in town. There are a lot of much better options in the area at much cheaper prices.

I had a reservation through ******* perfect woman at desk was making phone calls while getting me checked in. Next day I wanted to extend my stay they advised me to call *******. Price there was $183 and the hotel quoted my daughter the same $159 plus tax $183 called on phone was rolled and charged $240. Overcharged and no one cares.

Vee at the front desk was so welcoming and engaging! First impression = 100% happy! The downside to the room-under the glass desk protector was quite a bit of food debris, and the bathroom floor could have used a bit more attention to cleaning.
