As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

The hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

A new hotel, very big, with new equipment. I will call in advance to ask about room requirements, whether you are bringing a baby, and will give you a child care set and a zodiac keychain. The little brother at the door was very enthusiastic and helped open the door and pick up the luggage. The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. The hotel has a beautiful back garden. There is a large commercial plaza in front and behind the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. It would be even better if there are children's slippers and bathrobes

The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

The service is really good. I called the hotel in advance to check my needs when I flew in the middle of the night. However, the room facing the road was a little noisy at night, which was acceptable. I stayed for three days. The waiter was very prompt in renewing my stay. When I was waiting for the bus downstairs, the front desk would hand over hot water. Hefei is very warm at 0 degrees, and the breakfast is very rich. It is open until 11 o'clock, which is very suitable for the requirements of lazy bed stars. Overall, I am very satisfied. I have not been dissatisfied due to any aspect during my three-day stay. It is worth giving a thumbs up to all the staff. Thumbs up

前台小夥子很熱情，帶着寶寶住的，還給拿了寶寶澡盆，很方便！房間很乾凈，整潔，衞生間打掃的也是亮晶晶的！房間面積大概有40平，小朋友活動的開，落地窗户看着很舒服，25樓還有自助洗衣房，可以烘乾衣服，總之很方便！我們去的海洋館，天氣很冷前台幫我們帶了煮好的果茶，小朋友也愛喝！很開心的一次住酒店！

Went there to spend some additional quarantine before I was allowed to visit some business partners. Got a mostly quite room which was clean due to everyday cleaning. The room was spacy and the toilet modern. The room had a mini fridge which was very convenient. Also got some free water every day. Large shower. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. It's near some shopping centers and restaurants so you don't have to walk long distances. Some of the staff can even speak a good English and they help you with a lot of things. You can wash your clothes for free. The internet is fast and mostly stable. The only thing that bothered a bit was the strong smell of smoke from cigarettes of other residents although smoking is forbidden. But I guess the hotel can't do much against rude behaviour. Will go there again 👍
