As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

The location is quite convenient, not far from Vientiane City to Yintai to Swan Lake. The hotel provides parking coupons for underground parking. The room type is relatively comfortable. There are many types of breakfast but the taste is very general. The aunt who received the ticket and cleaned the attitude was very poor. I went to the room number and said that we did not include meals. Why did we say that there was a room without meals? How did we draw the room where the guests who were still asking the meal were. The family went to the front desk to get the meal coupon, but we set two nights with meals. I didn't go to eat on the first day and didn't remember it. The next day I found that the front desk did not take the initiative to give the meal coupon. And there is a room upgrade service that has not been enjoyed, the price is inflated. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, the wind was strong, the rope for drying clothes in the bathroom was bad, and there was no place to dry the clothes after washing. The hot water is still the kind of big boiler. It takes a while to continue after writing. It is more unexpected. Hey, this price this time this service, I can say that it is generally the same, after all, the upgraded room type and meal coupons, the previous check-in was taken by the front desk to take the initiative to handle it 🙂

Beautiful room with a nice deep bathtub in the bathroom. Staff were friendly. I would have liked to have seen a bit more variety in the breakfast buffet such as french toast or better waffles and pancakes. I'd certainly return.

The hotel is ok. It’s close to the company. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Vientiane City. The facilities in the room are not bad and the service is not bad. This is a business trip. The main reason is to consider the convenience of going to the company, so I feel pretty good.

The little brother on duty is very good, the room is quite big, the original big bed room is temporarily with the children to travel together and want to change to a twin room. The hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

I compared many hotels before I stayed, and finally chose Fengda Hotel. The first time I stayed, I was amazing. The environment was elegant, the hardware facilities were complete, and it was a very good stay. The most important thing was that the front desk lady was very patient and beautiful! Will stay again! ! !

The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

The room is very clean. You can see the scenery of Hefei on the 43rd floor. The double bed 135 is very comfortable. The service at the front desk is very considerate. The service is really good. I called the hotel in advance to check my needs when I flew in the middle of the night. However, the room facing the road was a little noisy at night, which was acceptable. I stayed for three days. The waiter was very prompt in renewing my stay. When I was waiting for the bus downstairs, the front desk would hand over hot water. Hefei is very warm at 0 degrees, and the breakfast is very rich. It is open until 11 o'clock, which is very suitable for the requirements of lazy bed stars. Overall, I am very satisfied. I have not been dissatisfied due to any aspect during my three-day stay.
