Good location in the middle of central street. Clean sheets, hot water, room warm. Nearby restaurants. The best of which I found was just a few doors away....a lamb hotpot. Western/Russian food was just so so I the 2 restaurants which are listed nearby. The morning market is mainly produce n household items..... Not many street food sellers.

Pretty conveniet location, clean and tidy room. The service is both understanding and eager to help. Room's utilities were refreshed each and every day. The only downside is poor sound isolation, so we could hear what's going on outside our room pretty much all the time.

I don’t want to give it even one star. This star is for Ctrip’s customer service lady. It was already 3 a.m. after an 8-hour night train ride to the hotel. I told the front desk that I was tired from driving and needed a quiet room. The front desk lady arranged for a room on the 4th floor. The room was generally hygienic and there were black spots on the pillowcases. I didn’t say anything because I was too tired. When changing rooms or something, the sound insulation is really bad. I could hear the sound of people walking upstairs before going to bed. At 7 o'clock in the morning, the 3rd floor was being renovated on time. They kept knocking and hammering. I reported it to the front desk several times, but nothing happened. Later, the staff came up to the 4th floor and said that the 3rd floor was being renovated and it was not their hotel and they had no control over it. When I checked in, I didn't inform in advance that the downstairs was being renovated. It felt like the whole building was shaking. There were very few breakfast options. There were only two kinds of steamed buns, a few cold dishes, a kind of bread, milk + soy milk. If you wanted to eat noodles, you had to cook it yourself. After breakfast at around 8 o'clock, I went back to the room and wanted to take a nap. As soon as I lay down downstairs, I started hammering things again. I couldn't bear it anymore and so I checked out at 9.30 and changed to another hotel. When we were about to check out early, the front desk asked us to change rooms. We were speechless. They gave us feedback several times but did not handle it. In the end, they only asked us to change rooms when we had to check out. Problems were not dealt with. The experience is very poor. The hotel said that the renovation time is from 7 am to 5 pm. If you can accept it, go and stay there.

I liked the hotel very much. Good location, bus stops of different routes nearby. There are many cafes and a very good supermarket nearby, where you can buy a lot of things. Cozy room, big bed, everything you need (slippers, kettle, water), except for the refrigerator. Breakfasts are good, buffet.
