Nice apartment but unfriendly owner.
Nice short stay in the apartment. Queen size bed which is small bed for couple. The communication with check in is terrible, very unfriendly and angry man. We were on call with lady inform about our arrival late, and she was okay with time we said, but when we called was the man pick up with angry instructions.

Top ausgestattetes Apartment, großetügig geschnitten, Parkplatz direkt am Haus kostenlos. Perfekt für einen Besuch der Outlets Roermond und Massmechelen gelegen. Sehr freundlicher Service. Check In ergfolgt über Zugangscode den man per Mail erhält.

Communication with the host was excellent. Apartment was clean and had all amenities. Kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. Small fridge for groceries. The bed was comfortable. They allow for pets as well for a reasonable fee. Good location with stores and restaurants nearby. Excellent value for the money. Well done Cloud 7. I highly recommend

Sehr schöne und saubere Anlage. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohnung ist sehr sehr angenehm. Große räume, Badezimmer und WC wie im Urlaub ausgestaltet, das Schlafzimmerbett einfach nur traumhaft. Gerne wieder und sehr empfehlenswert. Sogar ein Bügelzimmer und ein Beistellbett vorhanden.

Premetto che bisogna fare attenzione all'indirizzo, in quanto ci sono due location differenti. Noi siamo stati in quella situata in Karl-Arnold-Strasse 89. Accesso sia all'edificio che all'appartamento mediante codice elettronico che il proprietario ti manda via sms. Sentito al telefono per alcune informazioni, è stato gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento, sito al piano terra, era spazioso e pulito e nonostante fosse fronte strada abbastanza silenzioso. La cucina fornita di tutte le stoviglie, sapone per i piatti ed alcuni prodotti per la cucina (evidentemente lasciati li dai precedenti inquilini). Bagno grande e pulito. Asciugamani e lenzuola fornite dal proprietario. Nelle vicinanze sia un LIDL (2 minuti di macchina) che una Bacher comodo per la colazione. Non abbiamo provato il wifi. Lo riconsidererei nel caso dovessi tornare ad Heinsberg
