Located in the 'city centre' it's around 10 minutes from restaurants and bars. The hotel is a holiday inn, I'm not sure why the name doesn't say that. Breakfast is local food; tasty, spicy and sweet.

Value for money

Location is just being built up but easy didi to get places. Clean comfy and everything you need in a hotel.

After checking in, I went to the bathroom, opened the toilet lid, and found that there was long hair in the toilet. I don't know who got on it and didn't flush it. The quality of hygiene is worrying!

The hotel rooms are all high-rise, the view is not bad, the room is also very clean, the whole house is wooden floor, half the room is carpeted. The bed is a little too small, so you can't roll around. Ha ha

Personally, I don’t like wearing slippers. There is a layer of ash on the ground. Is the stain on the sofa too obvious? In addition to the two bottles of mineral water in the house, add a bottle of water for three yuan 🤣, and now there are not many mineral water in hotels. Now, and Holiday Inn Express should be a chain, I don't know why Hengyang's should be sold separately

The hotel facilities are ok, basically in line with this price level, but there is no small refrigerator in the room, but a useless safe. The most important thing is that the service awareness is really lacking, and there is no service quality. I clearly wrote the room type upgrade on the Ctrip booking details. When I went to the front desk to check in, the staff didn't mention it, and it was automatically ignored. Secondly, I don’t know if all members of my level are free of deposit, but I used to book a room with no deposit on Ctrip, and then I charged a deposit here; the most important thing is that the room only has a winter quilt, and I don’t have it if I ask the housekeeping department. The thin quilt was covered with thick quilts just in the fall. It was hot and cold at night, and even kicked the quilt and caught a cold. Anyway, the check-in experience was not good and the service level was low.

The breakfast is richer. The hotel robot delivery service is very considerate.

非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離， 前台員工02很熱情，室內衞生很乾凈很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠，大廳還有電腦，可以打印東西，真的很方便

因為處於衡陽，所以擔心衞生問題，看到好幾間出名的連鎖酒店客户評價都或多或少有衞生的問題，所以有點擔心。入住之後感覺擔心是多餘的，至少我住這間房還是達到了全國的標準。建議前台微笑服務，就更完美了。

酒店太棒了，停車很方便！服務非常到位！前台很友好！房間非常大！實際房間比圖片好看😄，小鐘小朋友非常喜歡！下次有機會還住。
