One hour and a half for the check in due to a problem between ******* and the hotel. We had to fix the problem by calling ourself the support and then pass the phone to the manager of the hotel. It was unreal, I would have expected a more friendly approach after the help we gave and not to stand for more than an hour in the hall arguing about breakfast and conditions. Maybe the best staff but in this uncommon situation they didn’t show it.

On arrive dans la chambre le ménage était pas finis les draps pas changer les serviettes pas évacuer ! Donc chambre pas prête pour l’arrivée une honte la chambre doit être prête à l’arrivée c’est bien la première fois que je vois ça ! Je recommande pas

Nous avions réservé 2 chambre pour une nuit, une des 2 chambres n’avait pas de serviette de toilettes. Le petit déjeuner était décevant: chocolat chaud en panne, pas de beurre demi sel, baguettes dures et la moitié des produits du distributeur en rupture….. personne dans les cuisines ou à l’accueil pour nous renseigner…. Nous ne reviendrons pas

Le rapport qualité prix reste correct. Le petit déjeuner servi le dimanche jusqu'à 10h30 peut mieux faire : pas de chocolat disponible à 10h. La literie est correcte . A notre arrivée le système d'accès par code avant 17h ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu faire appel à quelqu'un.
