A beautiful hotel in the heart of Heraklion... the young, dynamic and efficient staff, from the reception to the breakfast services and restaurant on the roof, are nothing short of 10/10...
At the reception (a blonde girl with blue eyes whose name I don't remember) very kind and friendly and professional in managing the city, the guys at breakfast were attentive to needs and requests (incredibly they remembered perfectly in the days following the first request) , the guys at the restaurant on the top floor are good and the cooks and chefs are exceptional..
If I return to Heraklion, it will be the only hire I will consider!

The room was elegant and had everything one would need. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of tasty food and excellent service.
