Lovely interior, spacious room and friendly staff, but some loud noise with delivery in the morning

Room dirty.
Dusty floors and skirting.
The walls had been painted around the TV and headboard. Cracks in the ceiling which had been painted over. Stains on the throw on the bed possibly blood?
Reported this via email and reception and have still not received a reply.
