Amazing stay, my room was clean and fresh. Beds and bedding crisp and white. The staff are amazing!!! I’m veggie and every meal time they have gone out of their way to make me something special!!!! I honestly can’t fault this place. The pool has ample sun beds and big loungers which have never been held by towels!! Few things to note they do smoke in the bar but that has not bothered me and I’m a non smoker? There is no soap in rooms so remember to bring your own for handwashing etc the rooms have a lovely large balcony with table and seating a lot bigger than most places I have stayed. It does feel a bit out of the way in the hills with olive groves as you walk to the property but I feel that adds to the charm of the place. The grounds are kept immaculate and guests all speak to each other. I will deffo return. Thank you Real Palace

Tres bien. Personnel attentionné et competent. Espace piscine super. Studio impeccable et propre. Emplacement proche vieille ville Malia mais un peu éloigné des plages a 40mn de marche. Un velo ou scooter facilite l accès.

Uitstekend verblijf. Eigenlijk is alles goed. Appartement top. Mis een zitje binnen maar als de zon van het balkon af is kun je daar prima zitten. Douche met gordijn maar altijd warm water en schoon. Schoonmaakster komt elke dag. Keukentje zoals overal in Griekenland, er is wat je nodig hebt. ( koken doen wij niet) De bedden zijn top. Wifi uitstekend ook op je kamer. Zwembad groot en rustig Wij hebben geen geluidsoverlast. Er is een mix van jongeren en gezinnen uit verschillende landen. ‘s avonds naar oud Malia lopen is prima te doen. Wij hebben een auto gehuurd dus bakker supermarkt strand goed bereikbaar

Solo travelling woman - I felt safe, the property was clean and had all your basic needs. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and kind. The beach is about 20 mins walk (max) and the old town Malia and the archeological site of the palace of mailia is not far either. I would happily stay here again! Thank you for my stay!

Das Real Palace Hotel ist ein sehr sauberes, kostengünstiges Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, unser Zimmer hat eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und mobilen Plattenherd. Das Wlan funktioniert auf der gesamten Anlage perfekt. Auch im Hotelzimmer. TV auf dem Zimmer, allerdings nur 1Programm auf deutsch. ZDF. Safe und Klimaanlage müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden, was aber vollkommen okay ist bei den günstigen Zimmerpreisen. Der Pool ist relativ groß und es gibt schöne Sunbeds. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und der Chef Manos ist ein herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl!!! Der nächste Urlaub ist schon gebucht !!

Dear people, it was great with you! We would love to come back. The little house was very personal. Spotlessly clean. Everything was perfect. The best thing was the heavenly peace. However, you should have a car to get to know the island. The beautiful pool is also worth mentioning.
