The best hotel in every aspect I have ever stayed in during my vacation. All the staff are very enthusiastic, especially Nikos who works in the main restaurant. I really like it and will definitely go again! Only one thing, why is there no clothes drying rack on such a large balcony? It's very inconvenient

Another superb holiday at Nana. Food was excellent as always. We had great meals in Umi (very well looked after by Elena and Konstantina), Poseidon (Anna, Olga and Michael were so friendly), and breakfast at Thalassa (so lovely to see Konstantina and Maria again, who were so welcoming).

Wat een prachtig hotel. Bij aankomst zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. ook al was onze kamer niet gereed, mochten we gelijk van alle faciliteiten gebruik maken. Het zou wel fijn zijn als je een fatsoenlijke ruimte had om je om te kleden. Nu hebben we dat op het toilet gedaan. Onze kamer was prachtig met 2 aparte slaapkamers, prima bedden en hoofdkussens en lekker rustig gelegen. Ook de badkamer is prachtig. Het enige nadeel was dat (als iedereen van het zwembad/strand komt) er bijna geen warm water is om te douchen. Maar dat hebben we opgelost door een half uurtje eerder naar de kamer te gaan en dan kan je gewoon lekker douchen. Het hele terrein is prachtig onderhouden, zeer schoon en heel groot, maar je hebt echt niet het idee dat er super veel mensen zijn. Het handdoekje leggen is echt wel een groot probleem. Ook al word aangegeven dat het niet mag, ze doen er niks aan. Het eten is erg goed voor zo’n groot hotel. Veel variatie en vers. Ook de barretjes waar je ‘s middags kan eten zijn prima, alleen die bij het waterpark vonden wij minder. Van de a la carte restaurants vonden wij het Italiaans het minst. De locatie was prachtig maar het eten viel tegen, kleffe dikke pizza, klein stukje vis als hoofdgerecht. En de sfeer was niet Italiaans zelfs geen Italiaanse muziek op de achtergrond. Het tempo van eten bij alle a la carte restaurants ligt wel heel hoog, het is gewoon dooreten en dat vonden wij jammer. Het personeel is overal heel vriendelijk. De kidsclub was favoriet bij ons zoontje er werden veel leuke activiteiten georganiseerd. De busverbinding met Chersonissos is prima. De bus stopt voor het hotel. Je staat zo in de winkelstraat. Al met al een geweldig hotel voor gezinnen. Wij hebben onze vakantie voor volgend jaar alweer geboekt naar dit hotel.

Geweldig hotel, direct aan zee met eigen strand. Een paradijs op Kreta; mooie luxe kamers, fantastisch aangelegde tuinen, heerlijk eten en drinken. Voor de kinderen veel glijbanen en heerlijke zwembaden. Overal zijn overdag bij de diverse snackbars eten en drinken te verkrijgen, zelfs op het strand. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Als het mogelijk was geweest zou ik het hotel 6 sterren hebben gegeven. Enigste minpunt is het “reserveren” van ligbedden door middel van het bekende handdoeken leggen , er staan bordjes dat het verboden is maar het wordt toch constant gedaan en toegestaan blijkbaar.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, the location is amazing the food and drink options are plenty, the entertainment is fab. We booked the hotel because of the amazing reviews. We’ve had a really difficult year as our beautiful nine-year-old daughter had a massive operation and chemotherapy. All she wanted to do once her treatment was finished was to come on holiday. Unfortunately on the first day our eldest daughter became sick with gastroenteritis, the Hotel was very helpful and supportive and give us an extra room for our young daughter to stay as her immune system was suppressed. We ended up in hospital for a couple of days, with our eldest daughter who was fine and we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday, the hotel-staff are amazing. They can’t do enough and are very friendly. It was our youngest daughter’s birthday while we were away and they give her a free massage, Maria in the spa is a beautiful human and organised presents and a cake for our little girl. This meant so much to her, I also booked a massage and it was the best I’ve ever had. We went for a meal in the beautiful sea front Italian restaurant on her birthday and again we were given a cake, the best table and a bottle of sparkling wine. The guest services staff are lovely and Tui were also great gifting us a private transfer. The water park and pools are amazing. We will return. Thank you so much nana beach

Wir kamen zum 5.mal zu Nana Golden Beach zuerst suchten wir Konstantin von der Beach Bar. Nach 3 Tagen fanden wir sie beim Italien Restaurant Wir waren so happy. Das Italien Restaurant und die Bar Orama waren perfekt. FasHotel war sehr schön und sauber Der ganze Urlaub war sehr schön

Dit resort is in 1 woord GEWELDIG! Wij hebben er afgelopen augustus voor de t****e keer mogen genieten van een onbezorgde vakantie. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd; goed eten, uitstekende service, goede schoonmaak, prachtige appartementen, mooie zwembaden en een fantastisch waterpark. Twijfel je nog? Niet doen en vooral boeken! Is werkelijk iedere euro waard!

Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead.
Food was pretty good.
Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant.
Good value but not luxury. Live and learn
