The food was awful, the service as well, the staff doesn’t speak a good English and waiting all the time the tips. The room cleaning was just making up the beds, not even clean the bathroom.
We didn’t use the medical services so can’t say nothing about it, the pools are nice

Wir kommen seit Jahren, und fühlen uns immer wohl. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt, ganz unkompliziert. Diesmal haben wir ganz kurzfristig gebucht, paar Stunden vor Ankunft. Hat alles trotzdem geklappt, mit extra wünsche. Vielen Dank dafür anTamas an der Rezeption. Das einzige, was uns eigentlich von Anfang an stört,.. Ist die vorturnerin bei wassergymnastik. Einfach nur furchtbar , lustlos,ohne Elan Kein Lächeln Sie passt so überhaupt nicht zum restlichen Personal, der immer bemüht, und freundlich ist An der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, dad ich nicht die einzige bin Der sich beschwert Und da passiert nicht!? Schade..

Nach unserem Aufenthalt im Südtirol und Kärnten viel das Hotel in allen Bereichen unter 4 Sterne. 4S nie und nimmer. Ein Pool in Revision (wurde nicht kommuniziert), Bademeister unfreundlich wie das meiste Personal. Das Essen und das Restaurant würde ich auf 3 Sterne setzten wie auch der Zimmerservice. Der Empfang war freundlich. Anstelle eines Prosecco (Willkommensgetränk) wünschten wir ein Glas Weisswein aus Ungarn. Der Wunsch wurde abgelehnt und das in einem 4S.

Von A bis Z alles sehr gut. Nur die Aussengastro fehlt. Danke an das gesamte Personal , dem guten Essen und der Rehaabteilung. Schon nach 7 Tagen konnte ich mein steifes Sprunggelenk wieder bewegen. uns fehlte leider nur die Aussengastro, aber am Markt vorhanden

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hotel en novembre 2021 sans avoir réservé. Entre le prix annoncé à l acceuil et le prix facturé la différence était de 54 Euros sur un total de 190 Euros. Nous sommes très déçus.
