check-in check-out,吃早餐，泡溫泉都要外出行一段距離真不方便，天寒地凍，下著大雨時更加慘! 訂了3人房，第一天沒樽裝水，第二天只給2支也是怪怪的，廁所門也很難打開。溫泉溫度顯示也不明顯，總之比起隔離樂園差了點。最大優點是wifi強，覆蓋面積很大，這個值得一讚。

房間都算很大，舒服的，但廁有一陣臭味，不知道是去水渠還是 馬桶傳來的。
還有極差的; 沖完涼後，諗住刷牙，點知覺得唔對路, 嘩! 水喉水是黃色的，(因廁所內燈光比較暗黄，所以沖涼沒有留意水質)，之後唯有用礦泉水漱口，本來諗住想換房，但我沖完涼已經凌晨1 點多，所以便算了。
第二天早上落街再買礦泉水來洗面刷牙。

房間中規中矩，酒店一樓人都沒有，辦理入住找了半天，結果要在外面服務中心辦，回來又找了半天電梯，那麼大一棟樓人都沒有一個，指引不清晰，最離譜是温泉，連拖鞋都沒有，温泉區沒有工作人員，好不容易看到一個只是在玩手機什麼都不管，也沒有乾的毛巾換，裏面什麼都要錢，連那種普通塑封袋套手機都沒有，就叫你買放水手機套，是我見過最垃圾的温泉，千萬別來

這是1家綜合大型渡假型酒店，周邊環境不錯設施服務很完善。特別是有大的温設施配套。房間大且衞生整潔。
有2點問題也説一下，一是價格攜程網訂單套餐價格比其他平台貴了近百元。二是酒店配套的温泉有近三分之一都關閉，且看是各項設施都年久失修陳舊了。

房間到處都是灰塵，抽屜裏還有煙灰，地下還有瓜子殼，，早餐品種少，人也多，温泉也就幾個池子，有的池子水還很臟，洗手枱上到處都是口紅印，最重要的還是房間居然還有一道緊鎖着的門，上午10點多到的酒店，前台告知要下午2點才能辦理入住，最早也要12點，説房間衞生還沒趕出來，到了中午12點我們又去到前台諮詢，又告知我們説還沒做好衞生，比我們後來的一些人都已經辦理完還拿了房卡，我們又去前台問，還是説不能辦理，然後我姐姐去問為啥比我們後來的那些人可以辦理入住我們不可以，這才給我們登記入住，登記完之後説衞生還沒做出來，我説我們要出去吃飯，前台説給我們催一下衞生，12點多我們出去吃中飯，回來都差不多3點了，衞生還是沒好，直到我們等的有情緒了，才給我們去做衞生，總之各方面都不行628一間房體驗感真的差

三無酒店，無服務，無衞生，無配套。前台電話永遠無人接，從攜程找了電話一樣無人接，都能通，工作人員基本無服務意識，問路問完後你都還得自己找，問了個寂寞;衞生差，房間的水壺等很多灰塵，裝遙控器的裏面還有蟲子，大廳的沙發明顯很大塊污漬;温泉池開的很是慎重，估計開了十幾個温泉池吧，千萬別忘記進門就拿毛巾，因為裏面是沒有，要不就衹能刷刷步數，鍛鍊鍛鍊身體了，房間門的安全鏈是壞的，電視也沒法打開，因為前台電話打不通，也不會有人來解決。這個酒店一定是能夠很好的發揮個人能動性，鍛鍊鍛鍊心性。
