great view good amenities location next to beach good shuttle service to the station

Nice stay at a good quality ryokan. Absolutely lovely set dinner and breakfast. Very full afterwards. Beautiful view of the sea from our room. Room was a bit warm (air conditioning not working) and didn’t have hot water in the room shower/bath which was a bit surprising. Also had problem with mosquitoes getting in our room

Location is great if you wish to have good onsens and a nice seaview. Otherwise, the area has very limited amenities. The hotel itself was excellent and the staff were really really helpful.

All the staff are very nice and the stay was heartwarming. Despite the room is a bit dated, it’s clean and with a perfect view. Love the hot spring in the hotel! They provide shuttle service between station and the hotel, do message them upon your arrival and they are super nice!

thank you so much,...Trip.com for a reasonable price atagawakan hotel in izu peninzula.In front private beach,sky and sea view hot spring and luckily the fireworks in front of hotel aug.20,it's so fantastic.The hospitable of the staff,most of them are seniors...and the near attractions banana and alligator tour,there is a magical fruit there that when you eat this the lemon will become sweets,...and also the fabulous breakfast at room.But they don't served dinner,anyways there is an dining place around there...but need to walk uphill..everywhere there's a smoke of hotsprings.Want to come back here again next summer.The big wave of the beach are scary but there are so many so young and masculine lifeguards here,you can watch their rehearsal so early in the morning from veranda of the hotel together with the beautifull sunrise

Perfect stay experience. There are Chinese services, special car pick-up, hotel tickets are beach hotel also provides some free beach play tools. The hotel's open-air hot spring is very good, but it is recommended that Chinese people who come to play pay more attention to local culture, don't go into the hot spring without taking a bath, and take pictures with your mobile phone without any quality, which is really embarrassing.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to the subway station. When you get out of Atagawa Station, you can see an old man waiting. Although the hotel is old, it has everything it should have. The room is quite large and there is no odor. The scenery outside the window is very healing. The front desk can speak Chinese, but the night service is still provided by an old man who speaks Japanese. The price-performance ratio of the one-night stay and two-meals booked during the peak period of summer vacation is quite good. Although some of the food is not very suitable, it is important to try it. The purpose of this trip is to get up at more than five in the morning to watch a sunrise. It is really great👍🏻 After watching the sunrise, you can go to take a morning bath. There is no one at this time. You can enjoy the sunrise while taking a bath. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are a bit old, but all Japanese hot spring hotels are like this. The advantage is the unbeatable sea view! ! I recommend watching the sunrise in the morning, and it is really pleasant to walk on the beach! There is nothing to eat around. If the hotel does not book dinner, you can only buy it in advance or walk 20 minutes up the mountain to the only Family Mart... Believe me, I am very tired! We went to the Tamagotchi Pond to buy a box of eggs to boil eggs, hahahaha, it took 9 and a half minutes to make half-cooked eggs, hahahaha. The hotel is full of Chinese people, and some of the waiters are also Chinese. There is no problem in communication. There was no one taking a bath at night, only me. I also booked a private bath, but there is no view, it is indoors, 2000 yen for 45 minutes, the price is okay, but it is unnecessary.

The room is quite big, but there are hairs all over the back of the bathroom door, the hygiene is really bad. The fee for adding people on site without meals is not very reasonable. The service of the Japanese grandmother was very good. Seeing that the clothes we rented for the children were too big, she took the initiative to help us find a suitable one, and also helped me and the children put on the clothes. It is really hard to deliver so many meals for such a young age. The service of the Japanese is really amazing. I saw the sunrise for the first time on the balcony, it was amazing

Atagawakan is a bit old, but not as bad as some reviews say. The room is large, clean, and basically has no odor. The sea view is beautiful. The tatami is soft and hard, very comfortable. The quilt cover is the open type, and I brought a disposable one to put on. The outdoor public bath faces the sea directly. It is basically a private bath at night, and you can't see other people. However, the weather is hot, so you can soak for no more than 10 minutes. The driver and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic. The front desk can speak Chinese. The driver helped with the luggage and greeted warmly, which is much better than the driver service of Yinshuizhuang. The beach facing Atagawakan is a beach bathing beach. If you are not afraid of the sun, you can go swimming. I chose this one because of the beach, and then I arrived late at night. It was too sunny in the morning, so I waded in the water to feel the Pacific Ocean. If you have enough time, you can swim in the shallows. Atagawa Town is very small. I walked around a little in the morning and it was still very clean and beautiful. There were no convenience stores around.
