From arrival to check out, I was happy with everything. As for the service, all the staff have a good working attitude, making us feel at home. Entering the room, Lake Biwa is right in front of you, and you feel relaxed. The rooms are clean, spacious and have adequate facilities. There are facial cleansers, lotions, emulsions, bath towels, facial masks, etc. They are comfortable to wear indoors and can be worn at dinner or in the shower. There is plenty of water in the refrigerator and there are water dispensers on each floor. Looking forward to the lounge on the top floor, we spent a relaxing time enjoying the view of Lake Biwa while enjoying the welcome dessert, blueberry pie and drinks. Beverages include alcohol, coffee, tea, orange juice, popcorn and nuts in addition to drinks. The water temperature in the public bath on the first floor is just right, so you can relax while looking at Lake Biwa in front of you. There is also a sauna. It's also nice that towels are provided in the public bathroom. After taking a shower, we drank vinegared plum and black bean tea. Dinner was also great. I was particularly impressed by the deliciousness of Omi beef and Omi rice. This was also the first time I tasted roasted eggplant bisque. The breakfast buffet was very good in terms of both quality and quantity. Stir-fried Omi beef with Otsu spinach, sweet meat and potatoes go well with Omi rice. Fresh vegetables, shio koji and vegetable sauce are also good. I enjoyed the freshly baked French toast so much that I ordered another. Desserts include baked goods such as puddings, waffles and cookies. Drinks include smoothies and soy milk. When I checked out, the staff helped me carry my luggage and said goodbye to me politely. It was a really happy two days. I would like to visit again.
