Good service from the staff and cleaners., a new, clean and neat hotel.

Good location, not far from the Fukushima power plant, free parking

Loves room for 2 peoples! Near station and have enough plug and onsen!

I was satisfied with the luxurious facilities of the room. There's a convenience store right next to it, and it's in front of Hirono Station, so it's easy to access. It was also nice that breakfast was available from 4:30am.

All-you-can-read books and all-you-can-eat meals The fish dishes were delicious. I would like to repeat it again.

I thought all the staff were wonderful! The staff was really nice even though they were all young! It's just a pity that there was a customer who didn't like it. I felt that the guest room should have a curtain if possible. When I opened the window and the wind blew, there was a rattling sound, and in the morning it was dazzling from the gap in the direction of the bed. Also, I think it would be nice to have disposable items such as lotion in the room. Also, I had breakfast at the end, but the staff was kind to me, but it was a pity that it was dirty when I was eating breakfast. The handle of the toaster, the rice cooker, and the rice scoop are all dirty... I felt that it would be nice if the guests could use it a little more neatly.

有餐廳，浴場，更有漫畫借閱，免費停車場，但是步入酒店一刻已經感到非常充實。 房間整潔及新淨，窗外亦有都是風景，簡樸美麗。 如在到訪該地區的話，我會再選擇這間酒店。

立地が駅の目の前なのでアクセス抜群。 繁忙期に宿泊しましたが、部屋は清潔で広々過ごしやすく、朝食バイキングのメニューがどれも美味しくてとても大満足の度となりました。 スタッフの皆さんがどの場所で会う方もとても感じが良かったのがとても好印象でした。また機会があれば宿泊したいです。

女性スタッフの方々（チェックインの時の人、誤ってルームキーを閉じ込めてしまったためスペアキーを貸してくれた方）はとても丁寧な対応で感じよかったです。 すれ違ったお部屋掃除の方もよい感じでした。 あと、朝4時半から朝食が食べられるのですが、その時の男性スタッフの方は朴訥な感じがしてよかったです。 露天風呂も良かった～！

大浴場、夜も朝もほぼ貸し切り状態で 非常に良かったですしサウナも入って 快適でした。 朝ご飯も混んでなくて良かったです。

館内はどこもとても綺麗で、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。ただ、夕食を食べに外へ行こうとしたのですが、駅前まで行っても飲食店らしきものは見つからず…結局ホテルに戻って夕食にしました。 夕食は品数は少な目だったものの、1100円というお値段にしては満足でした。 ビジネスホテルなのに、大浴場があったのも良かったです。

先月、法事で利用し家族の満足度が高かったのでリピートしました。 今回もスタッフさんの対応が良く満足してます。 ベッドの下に空き瓶が転がってましたよ！
