The service and room was excellent. The hotel staffed helped me with the bus timetable to Tadanoumi and also helped me reserve a seat to Hiroshima on their shuttle bus. This hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed here about 8 months ago and I’m glad I took their advice as the hotel and staff were excellent! 5 stars!

I was stressed out by problems with the TV signal and air conditioning, but as you'd expect from Dormy Inn, they responded quickly and to the minimum standard.
There seems to have been construction work going on in the building next door, so I wonder if there's a causal relationship.
There are plenty of other cheaper business hotels to choose from, so it's disappointing as I made the effort to choose Dormy Inn.

Amazing location and excellent price in the heart of Hiroshima. The onsen is amazing and the hotel also provides noodles between 21:30 to 23:00, ice cream after spa and probiotics. Room is very comfortable and stay super friendly . Excellent place for families and couples or even single travelers .
