Bonamanzi is a reserve with contrasting landscapes. Some of it has dense bush while parts are open savannah. It has many beautiful old indigenous trees which are very impressive. Antelope abound but large mammals were a bit scarce. ( Saw rhino and buffalo). The restaurant was very good with excellent service. Getting around the reserve was a bit tricky due to lack of adequate signage, All in all a great experience. Full value for money.

I had an increadible stay at Bonamanzi Game Reserve over the weekend. I certainly could have stayed longer. Being a birder, It was spectacular with many new birds seen. The camp area is neat and clean and the staff are friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The guides are increadibly knowlagable and assisted with finding what I was looking for. I will certainly be back.

The staff are amazing: kind, helpful, and friendly. The food is super delicious. The Treehouse is comfortable and relaxing. The Game Drive was fun, and informative. An all-around perfect time away, and we'll be back for sure!

Great value for money, with a real bush experience. The family tree houses are very private which is great for family time, and also allows plenty animals to visit. Central for many experiences in the area.

On arrival we already found the wildlife roaming and we received the best reception from the staff. The tree house accommodation was excellent and we enjoyed the tranquility at the resort.

The reserve is beautiful filled with natural vegetation, birdlife is amazing as you rest in your lodge you hear different bird calls that are soothing to the soul, Inyala roaming around and off course the service at reception is welcoming .

Our four-day stay included a three-day workshop. The chalets were neat and clean and the venue was perfect for our group needs. The Bonamanzi staff were friendly and very attentive and accommodating of our 'special' food needs. Thank you to all the staff who made us feel welcome.

I enjoyed the deck over the dam/lake and the wild buck in the camp and we saw several different types of birds. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
