The staff was nice and helpful, and it was close to the airport, so I washed up right away and went to bed. It was nice that there were convenience stores and a lot of food nearby. The wifi was good, too.

Overall we were very disappointed with our stay at the Lotus hotel. Location to airport was great for an overnight stay as our plane arrived late in the evening but unfortunately it was a Saturday night and the room we were given was right on the street and incredibly noisy with someone talking through a loud speaker until the early hours of the morning. We were also in a room placed just outside the lift so everytime anyone arrived on or left the floor our room was on there was a loud ding and that also continued throughout the night. The bed was also incredibly hard adding to my difficulty sleeping. If you stay at this hotel request a room away from the road and bring your ear plugs.

Look was surprised what a value place this was for price paid .was perfect for an overnight stop on way to hanoi .close to airport good food across road and staff very helpful. Room was clean ,cool but bed was bit firm but for the price a bargain .shower was nice as well .

Very near the airport (walkable distance) and lots of local food in the area...the room is very attractive, everything looks brand new, smart tv, fridge, coffeemaker...great shower too... friendly staff as well...all for a very reasonable room rate!
