One thing only good is sufficient brightness in the unit for daytime.
We bought the studio room for family of four. Becareful of this SOHO group, we have to pay extra Child for staying there..but thanks to trip.com able to reimburse us the extra child cos we did pay for it.
Try to read carefully if to stay under SOHO group all the amenities and charges stated in the clauses..if not, any clarification to their customer service agent that they promised, you will end up feeling disappointed and cheated.
Then on 29 Nov suddenly woke up by fire alarm so we all evacuated from the building ard 7am.
Attached the photos of the surrounding area of this apartment.

The landlord upgraded me to a room with two bedrooms and a living room. It's very comfortable. The location is convenient in District 1. Overall, it's pretty good. I will consider staying here again next time I go to Ho Chi Minh City.
