The environment is very good, and it has a French colonial style. The service is also very good. Except for being a little old, there is nothing wrong with it. It is a little far from the city, about 30 to 40 minutes by car. The SPA is also good. I like quietness and away from the hustle and bustle. Recommended

This is the worst experience I have ever had at hotel. It's too far from the city center.
There's a bugs and insects into the room.
Once we checked in there is no guests else at the hotel except us.
Also the most worst part that while we decided to make an early check-in they didn't refund to us the rest of amount, which is not legal. They going like scamming us badly. P.S: there was no refund policy set when I booked this hotel.
I cannot ever recommend this place to anyone else.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel.
I arrived too early, but they let me check in early. I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City late at night and stayed at a hotel near the airport, but the fire alarm went off in the morning. It was noisy and there was no response, so I arrived at Mia exhausted, and I was really grateful for that.
When the hair dryer stopped working, they responded immediately, which was reassuring.
The service at the bar and riverside terrace was excellent.
This time I stayed for 3 nights, which was too short, so next time I would like to enjoy it more slowly.
The not-so-friendly mascot dog was also great!

First of all, the hotel is far from the city, at least half an hour's drive away, very remote, in a village, driving to the house requires a dirt road
Secondly, when booking the room, it was shown that the room was 48 square meters, but when I arrived, I saw that the maximum with the balcony was 35 square meters, and it was on the second floor, so the balcony was useless and there were mosquitoes when it was opened.
Third, the service was average. There was no Chinese service, and English communication was still not smooth. Occasionally, the front desk staff would roll their eyes because of communication problems.
The price-performance ratio of this hotel is too low. Vietnam is a place with very low consumption. This hotel is not recommended for this price and location.
