Its a small / medium size old hotel building located at the center area of district 1. Single receptionist at the counter. Room size is of standard size even though booked a deluxe room stated as 32m2, where the room given is more of around 22m2 size room. Nothing fancy in the room and the bed mattress is quite old as can feel the mattress is more worn down. Basic toilet amenities provided but the room slipper is of "Japanese" rubber slipper worn by many guest and doubt it has been washed or sterilized for use. The hotel is very basic and the room is more like budget hotel standard for the price which is noted lower compared to other hotels surrounding the area which are higher.

The location was good. The staff was friendly and there were many Japanese restaurants. At night, there were street vendors walking around, so I avoided them.

The bed was shaky and bugs were crawling on the table. Breakfast was a buffet when booking a room. This was an important condition for me to choose a room. In fact, the hotel didn’t even have a restaurant. It just put 2 small tables in the lobby. The hotel is in a great location. Next to the District 1 Opera House and Japan Street. It's very convenient to walk to go shopping. The hotel looks pretty good. But the room is really sorry. big space. But no decoration. very simple. The bathroom is ok. Bath towels are very clean. Business travelers. Can stay. Be cheap.
