Good location accessible to airport. Room is clean and spacious. I was assigned to top floor where elevator can’t reach so the staff need to carry my luggage. But staff are kind and helpful. I just don’t like the smell of the toilet. The drainage system is poor. I can’t breath while taking shower due to strong peep smell

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

This hotel is about 100m away from Ben Thanh Market, 5 minutes walk to Saigon Square or Takashimaya. It is clean, almost new and customer service oriented. They offer you tea with snacks while they process your check-in. The staff will then wait for you to finish your tea and bring you go up to your room. They love showing you the rooms, as it gives you “Wow” factors. They gave us free upgrade and the toilet bowl is Japanese style. They will deliver chocolates and good night cards after dinner. They even remember my girlfriend’s birthday and left the birthday cake on the table. 👍👍👍 However, there are “not so good” to mention. They do not have wide range of TV channels. Only news channels. No Sports or other movies channels. The toilet bowl is also very close to the door, making me difficult to open the door at times. They should also not open the gym so early as some guests will throw weights on the floor while doing gym. The sound will wake you up. You also need to pray that it is not raining or you will get wet as their shelter could not prevent you being getting wet from rain. Overall, this is the best hotel by far I stayed in HCM, in terms of cleaniness, friendly & customer service oriented staff and room designs. It’s almost perfect hotel for me. Will I stay here again on my next visit? Yes I will.

The location is old the hotel need some much needed improvement I requested a quiet room far from elevator and they put me on the nearest 😅the hotel Chinese restaurant is local and I recommend a must try. The staffs are average and I totally stayed four nights and didn’t get much sleep coz the door closing aren’t nearing quiet mode and the pushing cleaning lolly and ladies speaking loudly at the hallway weren’t helping …. So I cut short of total six nights to four and had to argue for few hours to get what I wanted….

The hotel is in the heart of the city closed to the main touristic spots. What impressed me the most was the cleaninless of the aisle, It smells like a clinic. Spotless! The breakfast was amazing, wide selection of Asian and western options, they even served the bouche de Noel for Xmas! Really a good experience. The personnel at the front desk was happy to help us, and there was a nice art exhibition held in the lobby too.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in Saigon on June 7th 2024, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

I'm so happy to find this residence that is able to accommodate our families. Baby cot was provided. Playground & pool is within the building making it so convenience as we are bringing 2 toddlers. Environment is good, very near to sc vivocity. Overall cleanliness is tip top!
