I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in Saigon on June 7th 2024, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's prime location, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service made my stay truly memorable. ***Accommodations: The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kin Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The room isn't too big but its very comfortable and clean. The location is great, it's right within district 1 and everything is easy to get to. I was very comfortable during my whole stay here and would recommend it others.

No shower curtain or door. Good location except the next building is under remodeling. Sometimes noise around 9am. Many restaurants, coffee shops and massage shops nearby. A Japanese department store is 10 minutes walk. Very polite staff. Hotel breakfast so so.

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

Full marks! The reception service and room environment are very good. There are snack shops and supermarkets downstairs. It is also very close to Pham Ngu Lao Street, making it easy to go out and play. The staff can also communicate in Chinese, and communication is barrier-free throughout the process. This time, thanks to the staff, the things I left behind in the apartment were found. Big thumbs up!

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were so friendly and ready to help. Room service food was good and the beds were comfortable. The location is away from the hustle of the crowded streets but easy enough to get to everything using Grab. Pool was lovely too! Highly recommend.

Good location accessible to airport. Room is clean and spacious. I was assigned to top floor where elevator can’t reach so the staff need to carry my luggage. But staff are kind and helpful. I just don’t like the smell of the toilet. The drainage system is poor. I can’t breath while taking shower due to strong peep smell

It’s super near the airport. Very clean and spacious for the price paid. My window was facing the building but I stayed here last night of my trip so it’s fine. The shower gel smells amazing. Would stay here again as transit in future. Near to supermarket and food shops. Just a bit far to District 1 bout 20 mins away

I use this place to stay in when I need to be close to the airport. It's clean, conveniently located and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's also very cheap while remaining salubrious. Th efacilities rating is a 5/5 based on the price you pay.
