Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! Very good 3 star hotel! The location is AMAZING!! Perfect spot away from all the tourists and in a beautiful local neighborhood that you can see thenlife of the locals. Just 4 minutes walk to the main streets and old town of Hoi An. All the girls at the reception were super nice! We had a small problem with our aircondition in our first room and the next day the moved us to another one. Whatever we needed they were next to us! The breakfast choices are not so many but just enough. We left happy :)

A fortuitous stay, because initially shortlisted but unavailable and eventually picked over a beach facing 5 star property. The stars were in our favour, and Maison Vy turned out to be one of the best properties we experienced in our 15 day Vietnam trip. It was a very tastefully done up property and though it did not have a bar operational, or a restaurant operational, it was a super experience all through. The Mediterranean colour scheme all over, the furnishings, the Spartan feel and small but very significant little things such as the rejuvenating foot baths at the end of the day were a fab touch. The staff without exception were friendly and keen to serve us and caring of our needs. COVID has dealt it some blows it appears, but with the new norms, the breakfast service was exceptional and again the best we experienced in our entire trip. From the fruit presentation, the granola with the yoghurt and toasted coconut pieces and to the exceptional Cau Lu noodles it was an unforgettable stay. The Cau lu itself is a reason to go back to Hoi An, and esp Maison Vy. I could not imagine having something like this for b'fast, but would recommend this to every Hoi An visitor. It is a signature noodle, a signature dish and lives up to its reputation, particularly when it prepared with simple spices and served with love and a beaming smile.

Free bicycle for all guest to use which my friend and I are able to cycle and explore the old town and to the famous Banh Mi Madam Khanh, Cong ka phe and other places.

The new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. An excellent and a very comfortable hotel, situated on the banks of the river with most of the rooms leading to a riverfront view. They also provide free bicycles and buggy shuttles to the old town. The rooms were neat and very comfortable with the balcony overlooking the river. The staffs are the ones who make this hotel very special, very friendly and more than just being helpful, they made sure we returned safely back to the hotel by providing the buggy even though it was late. The breakfast was fabulous too, they had both continental and local Vietnamese cuisine as well along with fruits, eggs, yogurt, etc. Overall the it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Hotel rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The resort is very large and beautiful ^^ The staff are enthusiastic and friendly and take care of customers very well. After I got sick, the clinic next door came to take care of my medicine and orange juice and texted me to ask about my health even though I had left ^^ Thank u for making my trip enjoyable ^^ 💕🥰💕💕🥰 The breakfast buffet was delicious but Hong da is very diverse, I ate at Blend restaurant there, the food is delicious and the service is very attentive ^^

CCN Man 420We came as x2 couples but could have very comfortably had a third couple as up stairs there are x3 bedrooms all with their own private shower, toilet and television. There is a 4th bathroom downstairs where you also get a large kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking eating, a big dining room, and living room. The deck is a nice size with a small private pool outside, which has a deep / shallow end.
The place is brand new, modern, clean and for us was a great location. I'd recommend you rent a scooter or car because you are more than a walk away from the beach and old town. Via scooter, you're 3 mins away from the beautiful beach and about 10mins from the old town. There are a couple of good coffee shops just at the main entrance of the villas as you walk out to the right. We only found them the last day and had to rely on Grab delivery some mornings.
The landlady Rocy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our 7-day stay. My gf got food poisoning from some street food and was in major pain one night At 11pm I asked Rocy where to get medicine, and she immediately brought us some without question. She helped us stock the villa with groceries before arrival and got had scooters waiting for us as well which made everything so much easier.
If you and some friends or your bigger family is planning on staying in HoiAn, I highly recommend this rental!

Lily was one of the first people to greet us when we arrived and provided information regarding attractions, restaurants, and taxi bookings. Lily consistently checked in with us to make sure our experience at the Grand Sunrise Palace was going well (it was splendid). Days later into our journey, the staff at Grand Sunrise Palace alerted my partner and I that we had left valuables behind in our room. At the time we were boarding a plane to another destination with no plausible way of returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace. We were immediately notified by staff and Lily contacted us to provide solutions. Lily proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that our valuables would be returned. Lily went out of her way to commute to other locations (with valuables in hand), contacted our next hotel and proceeded to plan the logistics of returning our valuables. This is outstanding customer service that is unfathomable. Lily and her colleagues truly look out for their guests and provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond any expectations. Both of us thank Lily and her team at Grand Sunrise Palace!

I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool.
The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable.
One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.
All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The convenient location, modern rooms, and comfy bed added to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend the Tran Family Hostel to fellow travelers visiting Hoi An.

GGuest UserThe Delicacy Hotel was a delight to stay at. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and very helpful with anything you need to know etc. They recommended and then booked a great snorkeling day trip for us with Tiger Fishing boat for my 80 year old mother and myself knowing that my Mum (we are from Australia) was very fit and well and could do the trip. Mum had her 80th birthday when we were there and they gave her a little cake at breakfast and made a beautiful homemade card and envelope which was lovely for us all. The variety of food at breakfast was great and they have a chef ready to cook your eggs anyway you wish. The swimming pool was large and a very good temperature and the Deluxe Twin Room with Pool View we stayed in was a very good size with a bath separate to the shower. As the hotel was only built in Dec 2022 the TV was large and very good quality, and the furnishings were very nice. The only recommendation we have is that they put a soap and soap dish in the bathroom but that is only minor as they did have soap wash. The mocktails were fantastic with a big variety. I can highly recommend the Rooftop Delight (I think that was the name but it had lychee and mango puree and something red (berries maybe?)) Mocktail as it was thick and luscious and at Happy Hour I was happy to get 2 for the price of one. Really enjoyed my conversations with Sarah, Chloe, Victor and Lisa at the front desk and Emma and Anna in the restaurant and everyone remembers your name so it feels very personal and a special place to stay.

- Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english;
- Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok.
- Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there.
- Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice.
- Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time.
- Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working.
You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

TTheOneNCosy boutique hotels, friendly receptionist, GM, Manager frequently walk around the restaurant and lobby to greet the guests. Welcome drinks and farewell drinks provided. We stayed 4 nights still find breakfast reasonably good. Aircon is not centralised, Booked king suite river view room the comes with 2aircon.
Walk a very short distance to old town. Popular hotel with their locals and foreigners.

MmmmiloWe had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.
Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

AAlex EHighly recommend staying here, especially for the price. Our host, Hoang, was fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help us. We meant to stay for 3 nights but stayed for 5 as we were so happy there. It’s clean, by Vietnam standards, and is made up daily. Only a 10 minute walk from the river and old town. Can’t wait to visit again!

GGuest User My second visit to this hotel again within 10days, 1st visit was in October and everything was perfect and this 2nd trip (November) there’s a water trapped faulty in the shower room, room door is a bit not in good condition and the channel reception, TV remote control not functioning well , and here comes another staffs Mr Thuong (Bellman cum Security) together with maintenance staff come to rectify the issue, subsequently Front Desk Receptionist Ms Phuah Thi Hong Hanh called me and asked if I need to change to another room , well I told her if they can solved the issues in my room I’ll just remain to the same room . I’m so pleased the hotel really take care of their hotel guests as the next following day , Ms Phuah has prepared new room to me for room change although I never ask for it because the issues has been solved on the spot. Thank you and appreciate! Initial part was tempted to try other 4-5 stars hotels with much better facilities and great rate on room rates within the vicinity but end up I still choose back Le Pavillion because Front House staffs are extremely helpful , friendly and genuine warm welcome us home, here I really wants to compliment Mr Vo Van Tri (Bellman cum Security) whom doesn’t speak much English but he knows and understands what I need , whenever I walk out from the hotel entrance he will approached me and ask if I need hotel bicycle to get to my destination. Will definitely choose the same hotel again for my next trip .

-Room is well-furnished makes me feel relaxing, peace, comfortable and feel like home.
-Most importantly, the hotel staffs are the “Gems” of this hotel. Very friendly and attentive to their guests in house.

BBretRThis is a nice, modern hotel about 10 minutes from the main old town area.
I stayed in a suite which a decent size with a great climate control and a comfortable bed. It was on the second floor overlooking the pool.
Breakfast was below average compared with previous stays at other Hoian hotels. Buffet that lacked anything special or even dishes unique to Hoian.
Pool is a very nice area that friends and I spent a lot of time around. Pool bar wasn’t open, perhaps better as we just bought and brought drinks from across the street.
Staff, though friendly, were a bit impersonal compared with other stays in Vietnam.
Would stay again.
