To riverside is out of the way by walking but bicycle around is fun. breakfast limited food. Ask for extra water not possible on room service.

The staff are so friendly and nice.
(Please note that English/Korean may be difficult at reception at night.)

Great service, staff are very kind and nice. Clean and spacy room, with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed a lot the vietnamese massage! They have a free bycicle service and they gived us a lot of recommendations and useful information. We liked a lot and we truly recommend it.

자는 곳이 편했고 예전에도 온 적 있었는데 조식이 점점 맛있어지고 있어요. 야채들이 신선합니다. 직원 분들이 친절한데 조금 과하게 친절할 때도 있어요.특히나 호텔 마사지 받아라, 그랩 여기서 타라 등등.. 적극적으로 추천해주시는데 이용하실 분들은 이용하시면 될 것 같아요. 전반적으로 분위기 좋은 편이고, 수영장도 있고 따로 헬스장도 있어요. 호텔 근처에도 마사지샵 많고 맛집도 찾아보면 많습니다. 맛있는 곳 구글맵에 치면 나오니까 찾아 가시면 될 것 같아요. 자전거도 이용 가능합니다.

Our stay at the white lotus was fantastic. The customer service manager Jade took care of our every need and reminded us of our intenriary and bookings whenever we saw her. The location is close to the markets in Hanoi which is great. The pool is fantastic and massage service is amazing. The staff at the White Lotus make for a welcoming experience.
