施設の問題なのでどうにもなりませんが、
下の階や廊下の音がよく響くので
ゆっくり休むにはちょっと気になると思います。
デスクライトやベッドライトはないので
部屋の電気を壁のスィツチで消すと困ります。
ツィンの部屋でスイッチのある壁側ではないベッドを使う場合(エコのため一つだけにするよう要請あり)、
携帯の灯りを頼りにするほかなくなります。

The lodge was absolutely wonderful. We honestly had not slept as well as we did at the lodge anywhere else in Japan. Not sure if it was the mountain air, the onsen, or the large rooms that allowed us to settle in and spread out. The hospitality was incredible; the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, including by providing a bountiful breakfast each morning. My husband and I wish we could have stayed there our entire trip!

オーナーさん？は、親切で話しやすく対応がとても良かったです！スタッフさんも！親切な対応でした！
お部屋も綺麗！お風呂も気持ちよく、貸し切りにできる所と、入った後はすぐに清掃して下さるので、とても良かったです！
更に、朝食もとても美味しく大満足でした！
また、泊らせて頂きたいと思います。

スタンダード洋室ツイン（2食付き）に宿泊。甲州ワインビーフプランです。お部屋はシンプルで清潔。窓が緑に覆われてとても爽やかに感じました。食事はとにかく野菜が美味しい！！メインディッシュのステーキももちろん美味！！朝食もゆっくり堪能しました。天然温泉はちょっと熱かったですけど、素晴らしい泉質。あまりに良い湯でしたので、何回も入ってしまった。ただ浴室もうちょい広ければなぁーって思いました。ロッジらしく木の温もりを感じながら、とても穏やかに過ごさせていただきました。
