I attended the cider making course run by Glenn and his wife at Upper Neatham Mill Farm this October and have to say it was excellent throughout the course was made easy to understand learning all aspects of the cider process from sourcing the right apple varieties, crushing, pressing and the whole fermentation process to aging and conditioning the cider for ready to drink. Glenn's knowledge is second to none so if you want to learn the art of cider making its the place to go, we stayed on the farm in their guesthouse which is run by his wife and it was excellent also, very very nice accommodation, also on the Saturday night we had a cider tasting evening where his wife had made home made pizzas and cooked in a real wood fired oven and honestly some of the best pizzas iv eaten and what amazing and fun hosts they both were. So I really recommend the course and their guesthouse if you're looking to learn the art of cider making.
