We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. The Hollywood cafe nearby serves very nice condensed milk butter buns.

Highly recommend for families travellers to stay here as they have a relatively big room compared to others hotel in HK and they have 2 queen beds in the room! Overall I had a great experience staying here, it was quite clean and the hotel staffs were really helpful. It’s also a good location as it’s just above the Moko shopping mall and the mongkok east lrt! Would definitely stay here again next time!

Reception is very polite, low-density hotel, quiet and comfortable, the room is big enough, the floor is very high (should be 9 feet) and feels comfortable and luxurious! The view has a partial sea view! There are complimentary drinks in the room. Equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, I love how spacious the bathroom is! It feels super laid back! The hotel has a fitness room, laundry room, and lounge. It is close to Olympian City and the Olympic Station. There are supermarkets and restaurants, and shopping is very convenient. Thumbs up!

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Alitle bit far from MTR but a hotel arrange shuttle bus that is great organised if I can recommend I want Hotel to arrange bus service more for peak time if you cannot get into the bus because a bus is full that mean you need to wait 1 more hour for the next round. And we love hotel Amenities so much.

The hotel is at a good location, close to the subway, a shopping mall and there arw many local restaurants in the vicinity. One of the perks is the rooftop pool, which is nice! Location of hotel was quite convenient because it's easy access to Yaumatei MTR station and Nathan Road. Cleanliness was not up to standard due to old carpets in room caused bad smell once entering the room. Had reported to staff on day one when checked in, but nothing could be done due to other rooms also had the same situations. Some of the counter staff were quite helpful, waiters working in Canteen were nice to clients. Highly recommended menu of breakfast could be revised every week, because long time staying clients would feel boring about the choices. House keeping staff were helpful too! Strongly unsatisfied with the laundry machine on 18/F, due to totally three dryers were not well performed, clothes were still wet even though just put small portion of clothes. After complained to front desk staff, nothing could be improved, they just gave a token to client to dry the clothes again! To waste another 40 minutes for drying again!

ARGH!!! I confused The Golden Hotel with The Prince Guest House, and I accidentally wrote an OK review for The Prince. The Prince Hotel / Guesthouse is horrible and freakin' loud. Stay away! As far as this place - The Golden Hotel. It's pretty loud, too. I was placed behind the front desk, and you hear a lot of customers complaining because it can be hard to find a worker. There are signs or a phone number, but people still stand at the counter and get angry. (Maybe they didn't have a SIM card yet and couldn't call the number. I don't know.) This place has nice bathrooms, so there's that. Would I stay again? A lot of these guest houses are going to be loud. It doesn't help that the customers are pretty loud and clueless when moving around in the morning and night. There's nothing to do about that, though.

November 2023 Under construction It's noisy day and night. Not recommended Work on the exterior walls started at 9 a.m. with a bang. Interior work was done on the upper floor from midnight until morning. There were noises all night. I couldn't sleep at all. It was hard. The toilet and shower are together. To use the toilet, you can collect water in the tank and flush it yourself. You can borrow one bath towel by asking the staff. There are no tissues With the weak yen, it costs just under 10,000 yen per night. I felt that prices were high in Hong Kong. The location is good. 3 minutes walk from Mong Kok station. It takes less than an hour from the airport by bus on A21.

first off, it's an aparthotel with generous room size, the building is well maintained and private, you can't get any more comfortable than this compare to all the accommodations available at the similar price range. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

Basic room, small, but beds very comfortable and room very clean. Landlady was very helpful and waited up to let us in after midnight (our flight was late). Would say safe and secure. Located in one of the many tall mixed use buildings in Kowloon so don't be put off by the entrance. Jordan MTR just outside entrance. Excellent place to stay on a budget.

The hotel reception male boss is very enthusiastic, the guests are happy to answer and polite if they have questions. The hotel is located in the center of Mong Kok. There are many choices before and after shopping and eating on the street. The hotel is $485 on the day of my stay. It is cheap to stay for 1 day. At present, it costs more than $1500 for a 4-star hotel. I will stay at Yujia Hotel again without reducing the price of the hotel. thanks
