The transportation is convenient and the room is quite clean. However, Bell's service attitude is not polite when sending luggage. However, the cleaning staff in the room are very good. They greet the guests when they see them. I am very satisfied.

The hotel is very run down compared to the previous stay before Covid-19. Waiting for the elevator for a long time. Out of 4, only 2 were working. We went down to the G floor and skipped L. We stood waiting with other guests several times until the staff had to come and check on us and take us to the service elevator to the back of the service room.
