Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong

Facilities: The facilities of Four Seasons are well maintained after renovation. The room is equipped with welcome fruit, bar (coffee machine, small teapot, water dispenser, gummy bears, and paid minibar, etc.). The toilet is equipped with shower 🚿 and bathtub 🛁. Bathroom products are also good to use. Hygiene: The hygiene of Four Seasons is still as good as ever. Environment: The view from the 23rd floor is very good. Argo downstairs also has a view of Victoria Harbour. Service: All aspects have met my ideal expectations 👌🏻. Since the hotel was fully booked on New Year's Eve on January 1st the day before check-in and the guests had a delay in checking out, I arrived at the hotel at more than 2 o'clock so the room was not ready. But the manager who checked me in also postponed the check-out time for me by one hour. The room was actually ready within half an hour (around 3:15pm) and I was notified by phone in time. The bartenders of Argo also provided very good service. The first time we came to Argo, they also introduced the wine to us in detail. After serving us the wine, they also gave us space to chat, and asked us how we felt and whether we needed to order the next round at the appropriate time. That night (1:20am), I forgot my coat at Argo, and the hotel staff promptly delivered my clothes to the room about 15-20 minutes after we left. Thank you very much to the service staff that night!
