Everything is okay. There is some noise from the room's air conditioner, and the hotel is willing to allow us to change to another room.

Cons: First room: had hair all over the bathtub and bathroom floor (see the attached photos). And a bedsheet with a hole in it. At the reception they told me, that they will change the room, but I need to wait 9 hours. He wasn’t surprised, or apologized for the inconvenience, seems that this things happen quite often. Second room: after 10 hours, the staff members gave me the keys to the second room, and reassured me, that they checked everything (because I double checked with them if they are sure, that everything is ok). I found that the room was filled with plaster, that peeled of from the ceiling. (It was the same room type, no upgrades). (See the pictures with the note Room N2.) Third room: the staff member did not come to me to show me the room n2, so when I showed the photos of the peeled of plaster all over the floor, they gave me another room. This time they upgraded to a higher category. It was also not the cleanest (see the photos Room N3) and the air conditioner was quite noisy at times. But I found out this later (because I was waiting for the rooms already for hours). Also: no bathrobe, no shower cap, the amenities are quite not what you would’ve expect from a 5* hotel. Note: the staff members were quite indifferent, and first two didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience. Only the staff member Pearly apologized, and tried a little bit to improve the situation. Pros: 1. Location. 2. View. 3. Outdoor swimming pool. Overall a quite terrible experience. My conclusion is: with some (or a lot) of staff training (reception and housekeeping), and if the work would be organized well, all these things could be easily avoided. And it could’ve need a really nice place to stay. But for now, I think for the price, is totally not worth it.

First time in HK and got stranded because of the typhoon in Taiwan. So blessed to find this super affordable yet spacious, comfortable, and super convenient hotel. Thanks for giving us a wonderful experience by upgrading our room! It was one for the books!🥰

This is the hotel that we definitely will stay for the 2nd time. The location is very good. Because it’s not in the central so it’s not noisy like staying in the central, but it only takes few stops to town area via subway. Easy to go around because there are malls around. Besides that there’s walking distance to the residence area, many local food restaurants, shops around.

This is a good day with the team, good access is very convenient and they have upgraded me to a better room for free.

Location is perfect which connected to few large shopping malls, you can do your shopping and enjoy variety of foods here. Airport bus is direct to hotel and it is connected to MTR Tsuen Wan West Station. Highly recommended

The location is very good a linkway to city walk shopping centre. Near to Disneyland and airport too. To TimSha Zun also within 30 mins. Near to metro station. The hotel aircon is cold and cannot be off it because is centralised. The pillow is very soft prefer those more film pillows. The water is can like coca cola size , only can get 4 cans per days. The hotel view is super! Overall we enjoys stays at this hotel.

The breakfast is so good for business person , easy buy good. Internationally cool! Will reserve this again if work near exhibition centre

The staff are friendly and helpful. The check-in process is very efficient and they have upgraded our room to a higher level and a bathtub.

wonderful hotel and facilities. nice view and cr has bath tubs. very near a mall and restaurants.

The rooms are comfortable and the views are beautiful. I'm grateful to the front desk staff for helping us, as they allowed us to check in early due to our jet lag so we could rest. The Chinese cuisine at the hotel was also delicious, though the only downside is that there are time restrictions on dining.
