Facilities need some improvement.
Rooms need to be better cleaned. Towel had a hair in the middle of it.

It was the first hotel to stay for me and my wife in 2025 and our choice turned out to be awesome. Location is absolutely convenient, great spacy rooms with microwave if u need heat up any food and nice city views. theres coffees&teas and water with small snacks available on 5th floor and gym so its like home and office away from home.
staff really friendly and responsive. you can storage your baggage downstairs and go walk around.

The room is decent, spacious but looks more like an accommodation than a hotel. Not bad for a stay and the hotel is located at the heart of Wanchai.
