Hotels Near Kwun Yam Hill(282m) in Hong Kong

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly. The vibe is so relaxing and chill.

Overall we had a good time. Unfortunately there were no surprises (ie. unexpected fun or magical moments, services), but we did have a decent time. Hotel staffs never greeted us so it was bit unexpected in that front, because they will only respond when we greet them, so we did feel bit isolated. Positives: Pools are open for long time, breakfast buffet quality is so good (but way too pricy, considering kids does not eat much), room is spacious, shuttle bus frequency is very convenient, hotel is really creatively constructed (both external/internally). Areas of developments: Could be better if Staffs could greet guests (even the front desk staffs were unfriendly), Breakfast buffet’s cost performance needs to improve -＞ considering the super high price it should not limit the breakfast time to only one hour as guest loses time to greet character as well, also on top of high price it charges 10% service tax, and character photo costs H$168 per photo when the photo quality was bit blurry…., it would be great if breakfast buffet price could lower (especially for kids who does not eat much) or stretch the 1 hour limit to 90 min. Another area of development could be, the scope of hotel merchandise coupon… -＞ seems like there is unexplainable scope of which product they can allow/disallow $10 off coupon. We wanted to buy two products of which one of them the staff explained we cannot apply the coupon, and the staff’s explanation was “because this is popular”… when I asked how would we even know which is popular and which is not, and the next explanation was “oh it is because Lina Bell is popular”. It was very awkward explanation and scope, but I suppose it was Explorer’s Lodge Hotel style… Overall, we enjoyed HK Disney land so we will definitely come back, but unless above AOD are changed/improved, we will not consider staying with Explorer’s Lodge.

I have to say incidents happening would be a good opportunity to know the place or organization better. This time, Sheraton demonstrates an impressive incident handling skill when I found some mistakes of housekeeping. The manager himself with a couple of coworkers come to solve, explain, and apologize for it, even if this is just a very minor mistake. When checking out, the receptionist heard about the incident from me, and they made me feel they are so sincerely sorry, again as the 4th time :) Back to the room itself, impressive sea view and airport view, fine bathroom commodities and the whole-night silence. I would say this is very nice experience, so that I left a memo to big back the hotel a big Thanks!

Our one-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton was a great choice for getting some rest before our flight. We were thrilled to receive an upgrade for our rooms, which featured an incredible view. We enjoyed counting the planes passing by until we drifted off to sleep in the extremely comfortable beds. The room was immaculate and inviting. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's ”go-green” initiative, with water dispensers on each floor and reusable tumblers provided to reduce single-use plastic waste. This thoughtful approach to environmental sustainability added to the overall appeal of our stay. The complimentary airport shuttle service was a convenient perk, allowing us to save both time and money on transportation. All in all, Four Points by Sheraton provided us with a delightful and restful experience, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay near the airport.

Hotel provides shuttle bus from airport and is within walking distance to Tung chung mtr station. Plenty of restaurants inside the hotel and in the mall. Beautiful pool and fully quipped gym. Room was traditional in design well maintained and had a great view. Bed was comfortable .Staff is polite and helpful. The Lounge is a great place to enjoy the view and relax.Good choice if you want to stay closer to the airport. I like the environmental friendly features of the room

I had a pleasant stay and will revisit. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly including airport shuttle bus driver, bellman, reception, and front desk. The room is well designed, very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, about 10min shuttle to/from airport with a subway station down stairs and connected to the Citygate outlet mall.

Hotel was really nice except for the bedsheets that has stains on one of the beds but housekeeping changed it immediately. We were surprised with the upgrade with ocean view, really appreciate the front desk personnel. Great customer service as well. Will stay here again.

Quan Hotel in Hong Kong, this is a small hotel with a high CP value. Although the price has more than tripled during the May Day holiday, the price on weekdays should be very affordable. I recommend everyone that if you want to live in a different area than Tsim Sha Tsui, you can choose to live in this room, because it is only a 7-minute walk from the MTR-Tsuen Wan Station, and there is a barbecue restaurant downstairs - Chuanyaki Wang, there is also the KOLOR shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, there are 24-hour 7-11 and OK convenience stores nearby, there are also Yinlong Tea Restaurant, McDonald's, there is also a bank ATM downstairs where you can get money, and there is a traditional vegetable market for early risers. It is a small hotel that is simple but fully functional. The reception staff of the hotel are kind. I couldn’t find the hotel when I arrived in Tsuen Wan for the first time. I asked the taxi driver to call the hotel, and the reception staff personally came out to take me. The service was very good. But there are still some things that can be improved, that is, there is no kettle for boiling water in the hotel, no refrigerator, and if you want disposable bath towels, you have to buy a $20 Hong Kong dollar from the counter, and you need to deposit $500 Hong Kong dollars when you check in. You can get a full refund with the deposit slip when you check in. The WiFi network speed is very slow and very stuck. Basically, the network speed needs to be improved, and it is a small hotel without an elevator. If your suitcase is heavy, you will basically move the suitcase Going up and down the stairs is very, very tiring! The advantage is that there is a TV in the hotel room, and there are whole cans of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom that you can use as you please, and the water flow in the shower is also very strong, making it very refreshing to take a shower! Downstairs there is a porridge shop that sells it very late, and I recommend a Chuanyao Wang-Barbecue shop next to the hotel. The food is delicious, the proprietress is kind and friendly, and the music and speakers are often played in the barbecue shop! It tastes so relaxing! Overall, I give ”Hong Kong Tsuen Hotel” a very high evaluation. At least the living functions are convenient and the price is relatively reasonable. If you are a couple staying here, you can go to the hotel counter to buy all kinds of Durex. This is a special service!

Silka hotel : Nice and accessible place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Complete facilities. The only thing I'm concern about is that the toilet and shower room has no divisions. Water flows when you take a bath only shower curtain cover, cannot stop the water from going out shower area. Slippery if you're not careful.

The hotel is easy to find because you can see the bldg. w/ Panda logo at the far distance. However, the only disadvantage for me is it's a little bit far from the MTR station and when you walk during the hot weather, it's kind of disturbing feeling, maybe it's just ok during winter time. Anyway,check in is smooth, good thing is that you don't need to deposit, just get directly into your room. Also there is a mall, restaurants, coffee shop, bakeshop at the groundfloor and around the building so you dont need to worry where to eat. Room is clean w/ big and small bed, but found something strange when I walk into the restroom to pee in the middle of the night and suddenly heard strange noise which bothers my sleep. Room rate is reasonable and near the Disneyland or if you want to go day tour in Macau by bus.
