Great little gem, super clean, even the extra blanket has been laundered. Very pleased to find this little 4-plex. Nice little mini kitchen with micro, sink and fridge. Would definitely come back. The restaurant next door has great food and service as well. Don’t hesitate to book.

This place was a gem. A tiny -- 4 rooms! -- motel with the most comfortable, thoughtful touches imaginable. The owner thought of adding some blankets with a hand-written note "for sitting outdoors," a sofa and a small kitchenette with sweet towels and dishcloths all tidily folded where they'd be most useful... It was just a wonderful surprise. Chairs out front with a view of the gorgeous Hood Canal and even a fire pit for cooler weather. They had a guest book where others had made similar comments, including that it had personal touches that one didn't even find at luxury resorts. It was THAT sweet!

We enjoyed our clean, nicely remodeled room in scenic Hoodsport. It appears to be a ***** of four old-school motel rooms alongside the highway. But they've been thoroughly remodeled and are clean and comfortable. A great stay. One note: it functions somewhat like an AirBnB in that the isn't an on-site office, and on my arrival day I received a door code for entry. All that was quite efficient!

Loved this place! They take great care to make your stay comfy and cozy. It feels a little like stepping back in time and slowing down a bit. We stayed in unit#2 and the room was very well equipped with all the thoughtful basics for any length of stay. Kitchenette had everything that you can tell was selected with care for public use. Very nice touches like games and books and a little basket of things for the pooches like waste bags, foot wipes, and a ball! Nice linens, nice towels and toiletries and modern touches that really make the room cozy. The space is super clean and large. Communication was fantastic and easy. I completely flubbed our reservation and Maggie quickly made it right without making me feel like an *****. It’s not plush, lush or high class but it is so welcoming and comfortable and we would stay there again without hesitation if back in that area. Love the Moonlight Resort Suites and Sleeps!

Wow! What a darling place. Excited to be one of their early guests after renovating and rebranding to Moonlight Resort. They've clearly put a ton of love into their renovation, and our room was so cozy and comfortable for an October evening. Really like the code check in. Grateful to stay here!
