Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

We booked our annual festive tea this year at the Four Seasons. It is the first year doing this Christmas tradition of ours as a family of 3. We brought our 10 month old baby, and the standout service provided by Gulumser to accommodate our little one will stay with us forever and it really made an already special occasion even more wonderful. She offered us childrens plates and cutlery without us having to even think about it, brought him a few small plain sandwiches free of charge. Our baby took a real warming to Gulumser and every time she came to our table he wanted to hold her hand or be picked up by her. Although she was busy, she still picked him up for a few moments when he had his arms outstretched (after asking our permission first of course). It evident she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. She even got him a little teddy gift. We were so thrilled at the attention and care given to our little one as he really took a liking to her and he is not a baby that goes to people easily, so it was heartwarming when we saw how happy he was. It made for lovely memories for his first afternoon tea - very special. She was attentive, and her thoughtful gestures added a personal touch to the experience. I have stayed in a few Four Seasons and frequent this one for food/drinks/spa fairly often as it is nearby, but this has to be the best experience I have ever had in a hotel. Most places are very welcoming, particularly when you have a baby, but this experience was made very special thanks to Gulumser! Would highly recommend!

Always on my mind Fabulous stay! A lot of though has gone through during the planning of the hotel setup. Facilities were top notch. My wife and I totally loved the food options and we made a point to try almost all of them. The Sunday roast was one not to be missed. The bar had a great team and absolutely loved the cocktails! Definitely be back if we are in the area.

We have just returned from an excellent weekend stay at The Four Seasons in Hampshire. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were made to feel so welcome! Such a beautiful hotel with a wonderful spa facilities. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor jacuzzi, including the sauna and steam room. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, luxurious and quiet. The a la carte breakfast at the more private Café Santé was outstanding! What made our stay more memorable was the incredible politeness and attention to detail by every single member of staff at this hotel. From the reception, to the concierge to the cocktail barman…every individual was so professional and so polite. Brilliant hospitality at this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Would highly recommend…..

After always wanting to take my partner to The Four Seasons for afternoon tea, I finally booked for his birthday, he loves a traditional afternoon tea. The tea-room was situated just off the reception so was pretty noisy and disruptive, people coming into the tea-room from reception for photos at tables that were not being used.. was weird and off-putting. The service was slow, I only saw 2 members of staff trying to handle the whole room. Sandwiches were dry and food overall slow to arrive. Very very average scones, something that could pass as shop bought... One of the biggest problems was the heating - it was absolutely boiling. We actually moved our chairs around the table to try and get away from the heat coming from underneath, was really unpleasant and just made us more uncomfortable. When trying to collect our coats, nobody was around so we walked to reception who seemed pretty confused, disappeared with no communication, just our ticket and then 10 minutes later our coats appeared. We were in and out in just over an hour, which having paid a fairly large amount of money for the pleasure, left a pretty bad taste in our mouths... Was a disappointed end to a birthday weekend.
