Good location, staff were approachable and well behaved, rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Even though the price was bit on higher side we had a memorable hampi visit which includes the stay.

It is terrible hotel, firstly the key of the room was not working, room conditions was not good, they said they didn’t have any other suite room, as they have only two rooms which was occupied by us. Door bell was also not working, in-spite everything the hotel manager was saying if you want to stay here you stay in like this condition or you can complain if will provide all your refund. Attitude of the manager was not good. Regarding key they told the door clock if faulty, it was surprise me when of the staff member of hotel open the door with key with them and came inside i was inside my room. He didn’t take my permission or it. This is serious issue and to resolve or for explaination when called manger, he denied to come to talk to me. Please look all this issue seriously

No enough drinking water, always need to request. Breakfast is pathetic. Broken chair in room, no fire alaram and anti smoking rule sign boards

Location was okay and food amenities and services were terrible. There was no proper stuff kept in bathroom. The towel was dirty and tourned. The blanket was stinking. The breakfast place was like tea stall of a public bus stop. There was no first-aid in hotel.

1. Good and new hotel. Construction is new and they have lush green lawn. 2. Parking is ample and it is situated in a prime location however it is 12km from hampi. Road is good for Hampi with no traffic. 3. Booking is tough as it is newly constructed and the price is also good.

Property was nice, but restaurant service could have been better considering the holiday weekend. Breakfast counters was not managed at all, at times no food was there. Rooms were good, staff were very courteous and helpful.

Good location and overall property is not bad. Rooms are quite spacious and have twin queen beds. The breakfast arrangement is pathetic.
